What this quote means is that if you do good things your honer lies in what you do. an example of this can be if you play a sport and the coach recruits someone that's not in the area you can get in trouble for not following the rules. Some consequences that can happen to your team are disqualified from the championship, your coach getting fired or team members getting kicked of the team.
