Do good things for others, and good things will come to you What he is saying is that if you want to succeed you can follow his four tips. An example of this can be when you are struggling on something and you want to give up. Reads his tips and try again no matter what happens. If you fail don't give up keep on trying to succeed, the more you try the better you'll be at it. Follow these tips and you will succeed on what you want to accomplish. 

"Being a c-t-r person isnt always easy, but its the best person you can be" -Diana Beltran Being a c-t-r person can mean many things when it comes to something you do. When your a c-t-r persoin you do the right things and you choose the right. You do good and you do whats right. Rather if your a c-t-r person or not you can always choose the right and youll be a great person. What Diana beltran is saying is that when your a c-t-r person its not easy but its the best person you can be; means its something you want to be and fell proud of yourself. 

"In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing" -Theodore Roosevelt What this quote means is that if you make a great decision something good will come to you. An example of this quote can be when your friends do drug and they want you to join them but your not sure. The best thing that you can do is to say no thank you. Something grest will come to you by doing whats right. If you choose to do drugs then you are not doing the right thing and you will be punished for what you have done.

"Nothing is ever gain in doing whats wrong" -Wilford Woodruff What this quote is saying is that by doing something wrong you won't get anything out of it. There is no reason for you to do something wrong if you don't gain anything. An example if this can be when you lie about something, you wont get nothing for lying except more problems. W hen your fighting with someone about something and then you lie saying it wasn't true or whatever, the other person will tell your lying and you'll create more problems. Another example if this can be when you do something wrong in school or anywhere, you will not gain anything from doing wrong. Its better to do the right thing and tell the truth instead of doing the wrong thing and lie.

And they will tell you things that they cant tell no one. If someone tells you a secret they ask promise not to tell anyone. Once they tell you you cant go around telling people the secret that the person telling you otherwise that's not keeping your word on not to tell anyone. In other words if you dont keep your word no one will be able to trust in you, no one will tell

So in my opinion i think these are ten commandments that a person has to have or do. Maybe when a person joined a tribe they were looking to see if the person had these commandments and if they did they would be able to join the tribe. But if they didn't they wouldn't be able to join the tribe. This could have been a way to see who was able to join and who was not.
